Paul Dean was born in Emporia, Kansas, and was admitted to the bar association and began practicing law in 1997. He is an aggressive and dedicated attorney. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Kansas. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas and legal education from the University of Kansas School of Law. He is a member of the Lyon-Chase and Greenwood-Elk-Butler County Bar Associations.
